How to share a concern or file a complaint
Sanavate Hospital is accredited by the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ).
If you have a concern about the quality or safety of your care, you or your surrogate decision-maker have the right to file a complaint directly with CIHQ. You are not required to notify Sanavate Hospital before filing a complaint.
